Missing shards for R5-D4

Exactly the same thing happened to me and a few others. I got 32 shards from the 5,999 booster pack but they were not applied to my R5. You will have to raise a support ticket and cross your fingers as its coming up to 24 hours now and I've not had any response.

Same thing for me except I bought the 12990 pack

I got a similar reply on this. They said they will be getting back to me. The first time was almost sorry but you bought the shards to early.  Finally got someone that is looking into it.

I've had multiple people say you shouldn't buy the shards before activating the unit which is a stupid argument as anyone who's got the episode pass will get Zeb shards in the next few days before he's activated but they don't go missing

So, is there any update on this? We are two weeks in to the era, new character released, our droid is worse than f2p players even though we’ve spent crystals and/or $$$. The ingame support just said that if I restart the app, we’ll get enough shards to go from 2 to 3 stars. So we end up worse than those who didn’t spend anything at all but did daily quests? And that is just talking about shards, all the other rewards were missed as well as me and many others couldn’t get further than tier 1 due to missing shards.

Can we get some clarification on how this is being handled, because if the ”compensation” is what the in game support said, then that is just a pure joke.

It would be amazing ifCG_Meathead​, could address this issue. 12990 crystals down the drain for me

I've raised multiple tickets and keep getting fobbed off CG_Meathead​ 

Support have admitted they can see the transaction of me spending 5,999 crystals on the R5-D4 booster pack but they have also said that the shards have been claimed and redeemed. My response was to ask why my Zeb is 5star and half way to 6star when all I've done is buy one 5,999 crystal booster pack... however with R5-D4 I bought a 5,999 crystal booster pack AND 2x 1,299 crystal packs for R5-D4 shards and my R5-D4 isn't even close to being 5star and not to my surprise the support team have stopped responding...
