Didnt receive Dr Aphra LSB.

Yesterday I bought the Dr Aphra LSB from the webstore. In game I got these crystals. There was a seperate message saying something to the effect of ‘something went wrong and we made good as best we could’. Obviously that doesn’t come close to making good for not getting all 4 Aphra recs unlocked at r5.

I’m now getting a mess around from in-game help saying things like ‘you need to wait a day or so for the transaction to go through’ (I’ve been clear it went through and got an error message.

This is a significant sum for me to spend, and it’s very disappointing not to get what was explicitly included in the pack.

Advice please?

    Update:

    In-game support just bewilderingly said "we have checked the account and found that you have received 7370 crystals and 5000 coaxium against the bundle purchase. Please let me know if you have anymore concern"

    Then. Closed. The. Ticket.

    Somehow, they have acknowledged I bought the bundle, without acknowledging that they should send me what was meant to be in the bundle.
