Didn't receive purchase, but charged

Yesterday tried to purchase the jawa merchant box for £9.99, just as the spinning wheel issue then started. The game obviously got stuck and wouldn't do anything.

I had (wrongly) presumed the transaction hadn't completed and purchased it again later.

Now this morning have the two receipts from Apple for both, even though I only received one crate in game. How do I go about getting my missing items?
