Game glitch fighting Cere during GAC

My game glitched during GAC while fighting a Cere/Cal Kestis/Taron team in 3v3.  The glitch happened in two separate rounds immediately after Cere performed a Determined Assault move.  The game did not totally lockup but actions were delayed, numbers and status notifications remained on the screen.  The timer continued to tick as normal and some animations continued to show (idle character animations and background effects) but I could not perform any actions.  The battle eventually timed out but did not give me the option to forfeit or submit once it ended.  This caused me to lose the match several times since it did not count any progress if I just closed the client and re-opened it.  I only experienced the glitch on the PC client and have not attempted GAC on my mobile device this round.  I have attached a screengrab of the current state that my game is in.  The fight has timed out but I am unable to end it except by exiting the client.

Edit: The main battle menu will allow me to make selections (like Audio, Keyboard binds, etc) and I can Forfeit from the bottom of the menu but the kills I have made will not save since it is a Forfeit.  The battle has long since ended and it has been stuck on this screen for the past 20-30 minutes.  There are still background animations and sounds such as explosions, I am able to change the speed but all other actions are stuck.

Additionally: my PC client is now experiencing issues after forfeiting the match and experiencing the glitch.  Exiting the client and restarting has returned it to normal but I'll be playing on my phone for now.
