Didn't receive purchase

I have bought Galactic cargo I and I didn't receive it. I got purchased confirmation, Google play order receipt, order date,order number.

Everything I send to EA help about week ago and still nothing, almost forgot I try to refund and Google says 'this purchase doesn't comply with our policy'

    Filing a complaint to the better business bureau should kick them into gear. I tried dealing with EA Help which are there just to provide scripted responses and not refund. Got fobbed off here, so I just submitted a complaint against them now. Use their California address.
