Didn't receive Wat Tambor from LSB

Summarize your bug Hello, i bought the Wat Tambor Lightspeedbundle from the Webstore but didn't receive Wat Tambor. Would greatly appreciate if someone looked into it.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look into my purchases and the missing Wat Tambor on my Account.

    I also had an issue with purchasing the Wat Tambor LSB. It said there was a problem with the transaction and I got crystals instead. My account was charged. My Wat was at 6 stars. I don’t understand why or how there was a “problem”. I can’t even try again to buy it cos the store thinks I bought it.
