Disguise Clone Trooper's Order 66 damage

Disguise Clone Trooper is no longer doing massive damage to characters with Order 66 on them. I've noticed this a lot since the 10 year anniversary update, but today it has cost me the Grand Arena. Mara Jade had Order 66 on her. I did a basic attack on her with DCT and did damage that would occur to a character with no Order 66. The characters were the same relic level so relic Delta had no sway in it. Also DCT's kit reads massive damage to characters with Order 66 on them and additional massive damage if that character was an Unaligned Force User which Mara Jade is. This doesn't seem to come in affect however if I am playing against a DCT and I have Order 66 on me. Needless to say I am pretty pissed off and CG needs to fix their game!!!
