Are we going to get any help or not???
In game support has been useless. I provided screen shots of my gift card purchase and the message Apple sent me verifying that. They still say I need to contact iTunes.
Support continues to be useless.CG_Meathead we need help. We aren’t getting rewards and we are getting the run around from support

This is 100% on the game, I talked to Apple all day yesterday and they said it’s not on their end.

Yes LOL I confirmed with Apple as well. Sent in game support screenshots of all the confirmations. Again I get another message from in game support this morning that I have to contact Apple. LOL I already did and they say its on the game. The run around here is insane.

I only bought one card but I’m getting a different run around, but same affect. They say the game granted the rewards. Doesn’t matter if I don't get them!

Ok now in game support says the rewards are only granted one time for each tier. So if you bought a $50 gift card and received rewards you get no rewards if you buy a second $50 card.
Ummmm did I miss something here? Not sure where it said that when the promo was announced. Lame
