Don’t get gift card rewards

Yeah we have multiple discussions on this already. Myself and others have been waiting for days to get the rewards. In game support, here and even reddit has been a joke.

I can’t believe how they just ignore this. 

Of course they are terrible.  They got their money.  Maddening.  FIX YOUR GAME!!!

Now in game support says I need to contact iTunes LOL

Again I sent them the receipt showing the Apple gift card I bought and received.

What a joke. Not spending another dime on this game anymore.

They want a chargeback?  Holy cow that’s bad.

Ok did verify with Apple that I did receive and use gift card on May 8th. Still have not received in game rewards.

In game support has been useless. I provided screen shots of my gift card purchase and the message Apple sent me verifying that. They still say I need to contact iTunes.

Support continues to be useless.CG_Meathead​ we need help. We aren’t getting rewards and we are getting the run around from support

This is 100% on the game, I talked to Apple all day yesterday and they said it’s not on their end.

Yes LOL I confirmed with Apple as well. Sent in game support screenshots of all the confirmations. Again I get another message from in game support this morning that I have to contact Apple. LOL I already did and they say its on the game. The run around here is insane.
