Double Billed on Marquee Bundle

I purchased the Snowtrooper Commander Bundle 3 for Galaxy of Heroes but a glitch occured and I was billed twice for it. I was given crystals in game to the amount of 15.8k. I wish to remove this purchase and have the crystals removed from my account so I can spend that money on Era material instead to get all Era toons to Era Level 125. My ally code is 274395717.
