Double Billed

Hi! I was trying to buy a single purchase bundle and received a pop-up saying the order was cancelled. Since I couldn't seem to buy anything from the in-game store at the moment, I went to the web store and was able to purchase the shard bundle and receive it.

However, it appears I was billed for the order that showed as cancelled from the in-game store.

I attempted to contact in-game support and the ticket was instantly closed saying that I'd get some crystals instead and I should just accept that.

I didn't buy crystals. I didn't even authorize two transactions. A bug occurred and the order came back as cancelled while also billing me.

I'd just like a refund due to being double-billed. Thank you for your time!
