Double charged

Last night i bought 5 dollars worth of crystals, and when i checked my bank account this morning it was showing that i was charged for 2 of those. waht should i do?

How to get Undermine reward
Last event character event with Kleya, my progress got stuck on, and I didn't get the reward. This time progress didn't even move, staying 0/40. So I will not get rewarded again. I contacted support....

Cannot receive Undermine Progress for character quests
As the title would suggest...I can't receive any progress for this character feat. Testing software before release is lame, I agree. Nevertheless, maybe you can do something about this or something...
