Dr. Aphra LSB

I went to purchase the Dr. Aphra LSB and when I hit in game to purchase it said I was charged the $49.99 and I got a error message that read to the sorts of check connection or connection problems. I restarted the game went back in and I did not get any of the characters from the LSB. I went back to the store and I see the Dr. Aphra bundle available to purchase. I went to check my recent purchases and it shows that I purchased the Galactic Bundle 21 and I was charged $9.99. Anyone know what this bundle is? 

I reached out for help in game but they take ages to respond.
