Hi, I have just had the same problem as some of the others. I bought the Chewbacca lightspeed Bundle several minutes ago but got 3,5k Crystalls instead of the Bundle Characters.
Can this be looked into as I would prefer the characters over crystals.

Hello, I had this same experience. I initiated a chat with the in game support and was redirected to this page and told to “post your query with the reply”. So hopefully that’s what this is.
My first attempt that resulted in crystals was at 10:43 AM mountain time on October 31. Paid with PayPal. I used the web store on my safari browser.
I then tried again and was successful, however I’ve obviously been charged twice. I’m seeking a refund for the initial attempt that resulted in crystals.

I also submitted an in-game ticket regarding this same issue happening to me and was given a link to this post, where I was told tonight to report it. I used the online webstore on my iPhone's chrome browser to make the purchase on November 5th at 2:42am PST.
I was wondering if it is still possible to receive the contents of the bundle instead of the crystals?

I had the same issue when I bought the Chewbacca LSB : got 3,5k crystals but not the characters.
Purchase was on 11/6/2024, on the webstore (safari) and paid with PayPal.
I opened a in-game ticket and they reply me only today to write a message here.
