As described on the Datacron, All Rebel allies gain 200% Max Health and are immune to Ability Block and Fear until the end of their turn.

Sorry but it wasnt clear for anyone i talked about this. Everyone was thinking that bonus health is for encounter not one turn. But yes it was clear that fear and ab was for one turn.
