Drop Rate Issue of Carth Onasi shards

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I am facing drop rate problem in Fleet battles hard mode 2-E in which Carth Onasi shards are rewarded. I am constantly getting 20% drop rate. I asked other players about it and they are getting 40-50% drop rate.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

    Hi @AlohomoraHP,

    This appears a case of bad RNG. The drop rates are the same for every player. We had a quick look at your account and found several instances where you got 2 or 3 shards from 5 battles. Appears to be working as intended.

    I've had the same problem, been focusing on only him with all fleet energy since before the first Darth revan event, and he's just now hit 5*. Lowest drop rate I've ever seen. I get excited when I get 1/10.

    From the previous week, I am getting 2 and 3 shards quite often but before that situation was worst. I was getting 2 and 3 shards barely like once or twice in a week. If you have seen my past 10 days record, it is good but before that it wasn't. Nevertheless, now its fine. I have no complain now. You can close this issue.

    Well now the drop rate is fine for me. I need 110 shards more. I farm minimum 3 shards daily. The event is expected to drop in late June or July. So considering around 35 days, spend crystals and do refreshes accordingly.
