I got triple charged for the conquest pass plus

I went to buy it off the webstore and it said the purchase could not be completed please try again so i did and then it said it again so i restarted the browser and i opened it again and it says i have the conquest pass. So i opened my game i got the conquest pass and then it just gave me 4k gems which is no where near the value its charged me for if i even wanted the gems. I tried going to ea and they send me to capital games which sends me back to ea and there hopefully someone can help me here or help me find someone who can help i just lost 90$ 

I also didnt get any coaxium for the kessl run so im being royally screwed atm
