E.A. screwed my guild!!!!!!!!!!

E.A. my guild had a territory war and it was close i won a battle after losing twice. But it would not load and kept saying poor internet service. But I have 2 different internet services and it didn't have a problem seconds before telling me I lost. Whatever is going on with your system?? You owe my guild a territory war victory!! Your system screwed us!!! E.A. DO YOUR JOB!!! I have been playing since 2016 and spent hundreds of dollars on this game! I feel like you at the least owe someone who has done what I have done over the years to make it right!!
