Target Gift Card Promotion

I purchased the $50 Apple gift card through target last night. I loaded it on my phone and when I went to claim the bonus crystals in game, my Game Center account was not synchronized. The crystals went to a new level 1 account, and when my Game Center synced and switched over to my actual account they did not transfer over. 

I have reached out to EA help in game but have not received a response. My ally code is 435-738-994. 

Update: Received a response from EA help in game that there is nothing that can be done to reverse the Apple gift card rewards and to make sure the correct account is logged in before claiming the rewards.

This is an unacceptable response in my opinion. When I claimed the rewards the app was automatically opened and logged into an account that wasn’t mine. There is nothing I could have done differently on my end to avoid this outcome. 

My Apple account and EA are linked to the same email account. It should not be difficult to verify that the rewards were claimed but not received and make it right.
