EA connect does not show up in Galaxy of Heroes IOS app

Hey There. I want to use ea connect in my iOS Galaxy of Heroes so I can play the pc game and use the online shop.

Problem: The connect option does not show up in my app.

It never did.

Any ideas? EA support is clueless.

Current iOS version (german - but this shouldn't be the problem)
