EA QV TeamAt the moment it's not possible to unlink an account. However, if you have access to the email you can go to ea.com. Sign into the account and update the email on the account linked to the webstore.
So I’ve done this, I went to EA.com and updated the email address associated with my account to a brand new one. The problem is that email address becomes somehow associated with my old account (the one I no longer have access to) as opposed to my current one. And I can’t change it because the connect option doesn’t work either - any way around this?
EA QV TeamI messaged them in game about this before coming here and they sent me to you guys. Not sure who else to go to at this point. Do you have the power to delete the account I no longer have access to so I can relink my current one?
