EA Connect has locked me out of my SWGOH account

2 weeks ago, I attempted to use EA connect to link my SWGOH account named Stayontarget ally code 524-266-577 to my EA account. Since that time, I cannot log into my SWGOH account on my iPhone, which is my only way to access it since I don't have any other Apple devices. I've been in contact with EA Help in game and EA Help chat online about 10 times over that period and have tried everything they've suggested. I've followed the steps to restore either a linked account (which does nothing but log into a secondary account I have in game), a guest account (which does the same thing). I've logged out of Gamecenter and launched the game, which just starts a new game. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, with no visible effect. I've provided proofs of purchase for packs bought in game, to verify that the account is mine, which I've been told aren't in the correct format, even though I've provided them according to the instructions given, in the only forum I'm able to provide them (on my iPhone in the help chat). I purposely used EA connect to avoid the possibility of this issue, and instead I'm locked out of the account completely. Can anybody with a technical understanding of the game itself possibly be contacted or brought into the picture? All forms of EA customer support have been exhausted
