EA connect linking fails after verification code works-can't use PC or webstore.

I am experiencing an EA Connect linking issue that has prevented me from accessing both the SWGOH PC client and the Web Store for over a month.
My account was previously linked to EA Connect and worked normally on PC. Around the time of a game update, the Web Store suddenly started showing a "Something went wrong" error. At that point, my PC access was still working.
To try to fix the issue, I unlinked EA Connect using the official Connect menu in-game. Since then, I have been unable to relink the account.
Current symptoms:
- SWGOH works normally on mobile.
- The Connect menu shows "Not Connected" for EA Connect.
- I can successfully log in to my EA account.
- I receive and enter the EA verification code successfully.
- After verification, I receive a "Something went wrong" error.
- The same error occurs when trying to access the Web Store.
- Incognito mode, different browsers, and different devices do not resolve the issue.
- I have already contacted EA Support and in-game Help, but the issue remains unresolved.
Because authentication succeeds and the failure occurs after verification, I am concerned that my EA Connect link record may be in an invalid or partially linked state.
Could someone please check the EA Connect status/history for my account and verify whether the link record is corrupted or stuck?
