I cant access my account for Ea access

I can't access my account. I have the linked email and enough information to prove the account is mine; the game even showed which account it was linked to. However, whenever I try to link it, I get an error. I can't access the web store either—not even on a computer; it acts as if I’m not registered. Honestly, I don't know what to do. I can't play the game, and I’ve been really hyped to play it. I hope someone from EA Support can help me and get in touch to verify the details and prove the account belongs to me so we can see what can be done. I’m also open to moving the account to a different email, but the main priority is regaining control of the account so I can play the game.
