I wish I could wave a wand and fix it for you from here but sorry, I can't. Typically when this issue occurs it's due to age restrictions limiting the account from connecting online. This tends to happen when the date of birth input states you are a minor (you can see your EA account's DOB here). You did the right thing by trying to contact the support team. Did they offer any context as to why they can't help you with it?

No they did sadly not. I asked about it and just got sorry i understand how you feel but sadly we cant help in this case. I sended proof of birth as well and asked them before to make sure my account said i was 19 years old.
And yeah i wish i also could wave my hand and fixing stuff. Oh well i hope i can connect at somepoint, but if i cant nothing to do there. Why i asked on here in case someone had a idea on how to fix this problem.
I wish you the best of luck , support when it comes to the ea connect is absolutely non existing. iv had my account for years and the email i stupidly connected with i dont remember as i have not used it in 5+ years. worst part is now that they removed FB as a way to link the account once my phone is done so is my swgoh account. thousands of dollars down the drain because ea cant program a recover system or a way to disconnect the ea connect account. it frustrates me every time there is a amazing thing but only on the web store. i hope yours is not a multi year annoyance like mine continues to be.
