Can’t login outside of WiFi

Ever since the previous update when I’m not directly connected to WiFi at home it shows me the old loading screen and refuses to do anything and even some times on WiFi it does this

Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Try power cycling your modem/router. Unplug it for 2 minutes and plug it back in. Also, restart your device. Then, try playing again. Let me know what happens.
