Can’t login outside of WiFi

Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Try power cycling your modem/router. Unplug it for 2 minutes and plug it back in. Also, restart your device. Then, try playing again. Let me know what happens. 

I have the same issue, started after the last update.  I can play when on Wifi, however, I cannot play when I’m on mobile data.  The loading wheel just turns and the loading screen is the old one with Vader’s (Duel End).  When I’m on Wifi, it’s the new one with Mando/Grogu loading screen.

 I did find an old thread from a year ago with people saying the same thing with them.  Their workaround was to switch on VPN of sorts then play.  I tried and it does work.  It’s a workaround to play on the go, just that it’s frustrating and annoying.

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling on wifi and on mobile data, still have the same issue.

I’m having the same problem right now and has been like this for days now. Tried all the above solutions and hasn’t made a difference still trapped on loading screen 

Hi there. It's very possible this issue is with your mobile provider. Have you tried talking to their support?

My ISP hasnt responded.  My friends are on different ISPs and having the same issue as me.  I’m not sure about WhittyMert above, but I dont think we have the same ISP either.

Are you saying your friends also can only connect over a wireless and not through mobile data? Are you all in the same region?

Yes, only mobile.  All in same region.  Different ISP.

Since you can log in on mobile, the issue is going to be with your wireless connection. That could have to do with your modem/router. Your ISP would be able to troubleshoot that better. If you have access to it, make sure the firmware is up to date.  What region are you in?
