10 years agoEA Customer Service not responding to my case 5 days since case was submitted
Dear EA Customer Service,
I reinstalled the game due to the cantina placeholder bug and my original player ID is lost.
I've spent weeks and money on this game, and made an unfortunate mistake in reinstalling the app due to the horrible cantina placeholder bug which I believed is still yet fixed.
It has been 5 days since I submitted my case, along with my attached player id screenshot, and I have received no response at all.
If you are not interested in helping, even answering to my case, please return my money.
