Game crashed resulting in a unsuccessful GAC battle attempt

I went in the battle to fight the team in the attached photo and defeated everyone. Then the game crashed before the usual “victory” shows up. I logged back in but the battle was still counted as a loss. This could alter the outcome of the match……
