Honestly, this gaming model has always been predatory, and now it's becoming an outright scam. A good chunk of forum posts are people who paid money and were never given what they paid for. And there are very likely a lot more people getting scammed that never post on here.
If a company offers products for sale, and they are aware that some percentage of the time, their buggy system will take money but not give products, yet they deliberately continue selling anyway without fixing the problem or providing customer service, what do you call that? It's seems like it shouldn't even be legal for them to keep doing business like this.
