EA help is the worst!

I purchased the Conquest Pass two days ago, it worked but i never received the promised coaxium in the web store.  I’ve spent hours on chats with multiple ‘help advisors’ but they can’t help, just different excuses every time.  What a joke.  I give them my ally code (467-226-589) and then they say I have to use the ‘Contact Us’ feature in game.  Guess what - there is no ‘Contact Us’ feature in game.  So amazingly stupid and frustrating!
