Sounds like you're facing sanctions for 'your' past violations with EA; rather than sanctions on a new SWGOH 'account'. To put it another way, they've banned you and any accounts you make (my uneducated guess anyway).
I create a new email address and account, and before I can even start playing, I'm locked out of EA Connect.
This suggest there's more going on here than you're letting on. I think you're only course of action is to go through 'EA Help'. However, as you said, it's not the best of experiences.

Yes, but you haven't taken into account anything I wrote. This doesn't appear to be a SWGOH ban. This appears to be an EA ban. So, it would have nothing to do with your new SWGOH account or what you have done with the new account in SWGOH. It would be to do with your past interactions with EA.
That's my read on the very little you've wrote about it.
