So, I have multiple open tickets with EA support raised by email.
It appears your email 'team' are a bot farm. They seem completely incapable of doing anything other than copying and pasting one of three standard template responses.
That includes when asked how to make a complaint against an individual call handler being told that the issue can be addressed by posting on answers.ea.com
Can someone actually verify they are real people please?

I took a look at your cases history. Apologies if the replies seemed to be written by a bot (I'm afraid we would not allow Alexa or Siri to handle such cases anyway), but all answers which you've received, were written by our advisers.
I see that you've got a lot of feedback about Fleet Battles - have you tried to reach out to the developers on our official forum already? 🤔

Why would they deal with compensation in the game forums? That should be dealt with by your customer services team.
Besides which, if they were all written by people why are the messages all nearly identical, bereft of actually addressing the problems, absent of any effort to make good and trying to ignore everything I've written?
