Ea unlink prob for my best friend

My best friend got his ea account banned for no reason (say exploit but why would he exploit)

since coliseum loaned units are dependent on the calendar from the online shop he's **bleep** and cannot play coliseum at all (we're both f2p he's at level 49 and I'm at 64 on loan units)

he's not the only person I know in this case please is there anything to do, since he can't unlink the game he can't use an other EA account for the game
and since I know how hard it is to reach support anywhere else than here thought I'd make a post

PS: Images are in french but it say locked accounnt on one and banned for exploit on the other; and I'm not english native so my phrasing might be weird
