EA Webstore Purchases unable to be claimed

Summarize your bug purchased two kyro salvage bundles on 07/Jul/24 from the EA webstore. I also purchased the free nightsister pack at the same time. When I logged into the game to claim the bundles, I was able to claim the nightsister pack, but not the kyro bundles. I received an error something about entitlement missing or not found. When I restarted the client, the bundle nofications were gone from my inbox and the kyros had not been granted.
