that doesn´t work because you are using nihilus as leader, his leadership: Sith allies are immune to Healing effects that aren't Health Steal

palpatines "let the hate flow" doesn´t steal health: All other units lose 5% Health and Palpatine recovers Health equal to 150% of the total amount lost
so if you use palp´s special all other units will lose 5% and all allies gain the health steal up buff, but the healthrecovering is disabled under a nihil´s lead

One thing I did find is that if you use Barriss with a nihilus lead, her "force heal" will ignore the nihilus void leadership and give you heal, plus defense at L8 (omega). I use a L81 sith team with 6* G8 nihilus ❤️, 4* G8 sion, 6* G9 vader, 5* G8 palp, 6* G8 barriss. I can blast through GW. And get to top 100 in my shard. Usually drop to around 150 when not active, but not much lower. Barriss healing effect is great!

Thats WAI if you weren't sure since its a health equalisation effect rather than a straight up healing effect, so it's allowed under a nihlilus lead.
