Repro steps:

Open Emperor Palpatine's "Emperor of the Galactic Empire" ability details.

1. Ability Level Bonus Level 3 says "+2% Bonus Effect Power". This should be "+15% Evasion Reduction" instead based on the changes from Level 2 (from -20% Evasion to -35% Evasion)
2. Ability Level 7 description says "When an Empire ally inflicts a debuff during their turn, they gain 10% Turn Meter.", the correct one should be "20% Turn Meter" as Level 7 adds an additional 10% Turn Meter gain and the ability already have 10% Turn Meter gain initially.

Minor: Might want to add the word "Reduction" to Ability Level Bonus level 5 and 6 as "+15% Potency/Max Health" is a bit misleading.
