Error code 54005 after trying to purchase Profundity Lightspeed Bundle II

Hello, I tried buying the Profundity Lightspeed Bundle II on September 22nd with Paypal, and got hit with error code 54005. I looked at my order history on my EA account and it says that the order has failed, possibly because my billing information is incorrect (which is possible as I was trying to use a prepaid debit card), however Paypal says that it is just waiting for a purchase to go through. But I do not get the option to attempt the purchase again as the bundle does not appear anywhere in the webstore nor in-game. Is there anything I can do?
