How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I have received an message saying "you did not receive any Grand Arena rewards due to lack of participation". I should have received Kyber 1 rewards, as shown in the GA summary (and in my profile in swgoh.gg). Screenshots shown below.
