Enfys Nest can dispel undispelled buff

I seen in last season, when Enfys Nest had datacron, which she assist on ally turn.

When you play for example now in GAC 3v3 Cere + Malicos which has omicron Strength is Power , Enfys Nest can dispel locked critical immunity from Cere and other members of the team.

On the pictures you can see Malicos ability and second picture Rey first turn where Enfys Nest assist on Cere and she dispels her locked buff critical immunity.
