Entire Guild did not receive Wat shards after earning them in TB.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Entire guild did not get phase 3 rewards including Wat shards and GECII currency from the Geo TB
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check the logs?

@MindlessFocus Sent you a PM as well and closing the thread as it became too crowded to follow effectively.

For every guild affected by this issue I am handling each report via PM.

If there are any new guild affected by this issue, please send me a private message with the following information:
-Your Ally Code (I don't need every member's Ally Code, just one):
- Any screenshots/videos showing how many people completed each of the Special Missions?
- Estimate of how many members completed each of the Special Missions in Geo TB

@MindlessFocus Same with our guild (Gray Force Alliance). One of our guild officers has reported the issue through support but the support team is treating the problem as an individual account issue rather than a guild-wide issue.

Same alliance as Dune. Figure the more traction this gets, the higher probability a dev will be forced to get involved.

Yessir, GFA (As Dune said) didn’t get any of the Phase 3 rewards from the most recent Geo TB

Yes, I’m the GL of GFA and like my mates have stated we were not given phase 3 SM rewards which includes WAT shards.

In order to investigate further I need the following info:
- Ally Code:
- Date of the occurrence:
- Missing rewards for which Special Mission in which phase?
- How many members completed that Special Mission?
- Any screenshots / videos?

@CG_MindTricks Considering there are 6 separate threads, would you like my 48 members ally codes? Or 300 combined across all 6 threads? It’s PHASE 3 rewards. GEC mkII CURRENCY and WAT SHARDS.

16 to 20 of us completed the event. Some getting the new icon for completing it for the first time. It’s guild wide and across 6 guilds at least. My guild completed the Ackley and Wat mission on the same phase.
