Episode 1 chapter 4 feat not tracking
The upgrade a mod 10 times feat for Chapter 4 is not tracking.

There was a complaint or two about this about a week ago, about the same feat. Upgrading refers to taking a mod from Lv 1 to Lv (...). Taking a mod from 5 stars to 6, or from Tier E to Tier D is slicing. It doesn't count.
