Episode pass for era of cavalry issue

hello,
My game runs in CET timezone and today at 9AM CET i saw in ingame store (PC App) offer for episode pass for upcoming era of cavalry (skull symbol in the icon) so i bought it but i've got episode pass for currently running era which will end today at 8pm CET. This is pretty bad scam. I didn't want to get episode pass for ending era (why would i buy it on last day?) so i wanted to request refund but i don't see this payment in my google play account (probably because i used PC App). So i need assistance to cancel old pass and active the correct pass. (BTW how can object in store which appears to be new upcoming pass lead to old expiring pass?).
