After opening the game, I found a message from Customer Support in my Inbox stating:
"Our records indicate you received incorrect rewards from the DINJARIN Redemption. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have incurred. Your account has received the correct reward: 5-star The Mandalorian."
However, I did not complete the quest or Journey, and I already had The Mandalorian at 5 stars.
Therefore, I assume this is not the compensation for the missing Episode Pass rewards and the Grogu Bundle I that I purchased but never received. Could you please confirm whether those issues are still being investigated? Ally code: 769-531-957
