Episode Pass not activating in game

I've bought the episode pass in the webstore. I got the receipt, It shows as active in the webstore, offering me to upgrade to the pass plus. Yet i go in game, and no episode pass is available. ...

I also did not receive the episode pass I paid for. Bought it in game and simply did not activate. It allows me to try and purchase it again, but I have the receipt saying I already did.

Tried going through the stupid ai bot in "ea help" in the game, but my game keeps closing out when I try to attach the image to get a refund for it. Guess I'll just have to wait unless I want to go through my card to cancel it 🙃
