Episode Pass not recieved

I bought the Kix Episode Pass from the app (Android), yet I haven't recieved it.

This technical issues loose my trust on buying more bundles or passes on the future.

Please, help my fix my problem, I do want the pass.

  • I am in the same boat. 
    The ea customer service redirected me to make a post here.

    I already did a post 6 days ago but also didnt get an answer by the team.
    so i guess we are just out of luck...

    I'm still waiting after 10 days without solution.

    I asked out the payback to google ans I will recieved it.

    In this matter, this isn't just and "out of luck" situation, it's a dreadful costumer service.

    No matter how I do specify and sent the pictures/proofs of the recipt, they seem to have an inability to read...

  • Yeh its crazy! and you dont even get the stuff from events you missed. I dint get the Kix shards i missed cause they didnt deliver my pass.
    Try to reach out to a community manager per PN or to EA_Gunner. That helped me
