Episode Pass purchase delay

Anybody else have an issue purchasing the regular episode pass?  I purchased it through the web store with PayPal but it hasn’t gone through.  It’s been 6 days and my PayPal account says, “Your payment method will be charged when Electronic Arts Inc, completes your order.”  I’ve never had an issue purchasing this way before.  Thanks!

    If you haven't already, try to use the "restore purchases" button: 

    How to find or get help with missing content

    If you’re missing content that you bought, double-check that the transaction was successful and your payment method was charged. Once you’ve made sure your payment went through, try these steps.

    1. Select the gear icon in the top left of the Cantina screen to open the Settings menu.
    2. Choose Restore Purchases.

    If that won't bring your purchases to the game, you'll have to contact us via chat:

    1. Select the gear icon in the top left of the Cantina screen to open the Settings menu.
    2. Choose Help and select EA Help.
