Episode quest error in text?

Was working on episode quests trying to complete the quest that says complete 5 mod challenges. I did 5 mod challenges but it didn't complete the episode quest. I ended up having to do 10 mod battles to complete the quest. Please see attached screenshot from my account. Ally code 656-354-347
