Era of Andor Make Good

Hi,

We are nearing the end of the era following the Era of Andor and I am still yet to receive the make good promised in the linked post.

"4. For the folks who purchased Era Material Bundle VI, Era Material Bundle VII, Era Material Bundle VIII, and or Era Material Cache VI, we will be sending you a make-good equal to the value of these bundles and packs in Crystals in a separate release."

On the day of everyone being granted materials to max out all characters, I had spent approximately £120 on era material packs to get Cassian to 7*.

I did try querying this via chat by following the in-game help link however, was repeatedly told that nothing could be done from their side as it was something promised via the forums so was asked to post here for help.

I decided to wait to see if anything ended up arriving in-game but I think enough time has elapsed at this stage to question why nothing has been granted.
