Appealing account action in SWGOH

I am writing to formally appeal the recent ban placed on my account.

I believe this ban was the result of unauthorized access to my account. My account was compromised and used by a third party without my knowledge or permission. As soon as I became aware of the situation, I took immediate action to secure my account and report the incident.

I would also like to inform you that my EA account was compromised under similar circumstances. After investigating the case, EA confirmed that my account had been accessed by an unauthorized person and restored my account. I hope this information will be taken into consideration when reviewing my case.

Unfortunately, I do not know my Alliance Code, so I am unable to provide it. Instead, I have included my Account Code below. I hope this will be sufficient to identify my account.

I have also submitted multiple appeals through the official support form, but unfortunately I have not received any response. I would sincerely appreciate it if my case could be reviewed.

I have invested tens of thousands of yen into this account and have also spent countless hours building it. Since the ban, I have continued playing on a different account, but it is simply not the same, and I cannot truly enjoy the game without my original account.

I respectfully ask that you reconsider my case, taking into account that the actions leading to the ban were not performed by me, but by an unauthorized third party.
