Era-Pass Purchase got canceled

Can you see the transaction appear in your history? Where to check will depend on the device and the store you used to make the purchase attempt.

Could you pop up an image of the error message you’re seeing when making the webstore purchase?

It would also be good to know if this your first time using the store, or was it working for you before? If you have used the store before, was it with the same payment method?

Have you tested it by trying a different store? For example, if it's the in-game store, try the website store, and vice versa.

Hi there,
Following your advice, I tried the webstore again and was able to make a purchase. However, I still see an open interest on my PayPal account. (Did use my mobile with opera browser)
I've bought things the same way before and haven't had any problems. Unfortunately, I didn't take a screenshot.

Thanks for your help anyway! I hope the interest from my account with just expire and not double charge my account.
